The deal

The Pusher is a free daily-push tracker. By using it you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it. No hard feelings.

Your account

You can use The Pusher as a guest (data on your device only) or sign in with Apple or Google (data synced across devices). You're responsible for keeping your provider account secure — if someone gets into your Apple or Google account, they can get into your Pusher account.

Acceptable use

• Don't impersonate anyone, including other users or celebrities.
• Don't use the app to harass, threaten, or stalk anyone.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break the app or its security.
• Don't upload illegal, sexually explicit, or hateful content in your bio or profile.
• Don't submit fake data (e.g. automated scripts logging push-ups you didn't do) to game leaderboards or streaks.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

Anything you type into The Pusher — your handle, display name, bio, exercise counts — stays yours. By entering it you give us a limited license to display it back to you and (for social features) to people who follow you. You can delete all of it any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

Health disclaimer

The Pusher is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting any exercise program. If something hurts, stop. We're not responsible for injuries, over-training, or any other consequences of pushing yourself too hard.

Availability

The Pusher is provided "as is." We try hard to keep it running reliably, but we don't promise zero downtime, zero bugs, or that your streak will never be incorrectly computed. If something breaks, tell us and we'll fix it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Pusher and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or streaks, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top. Material changes get an in-app notice where practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
